Why did Freedom decide to focus on financial wellbeing?

It’s always good to have the options for people to access a financial wellbeing program like Humanforce Thrive available to team members across the business. Humanforce Thrive is a great initiative.

With the floods that have occurred recently, we’ve had team members that have needed to have the security of being able to access their earned wages. It’s been really beneficial for these people.

What do you like about the Humanforce Thrive app?

The app is really easy and functional. Everything is clear to see. You can see the amount of money you’ve earned and how much you can access straight away. I also really like how you can actually set the percentage amount you can withdraw.

What do you see as the benefit of the Humanforce Thrive app for Freedom employees?

I think the versatility of the app is really good. Depending on different situations, you might have someone who has to access money in an emergency as well as people who want to use the app for improving their financial fitness.

I know that soon employees will be able to grow their savings too. I think that will further enhance the usability of the app and we’ll be able to reach different segments and audiences which will be great.
